Ana Carolina Lacerda

Ana joined in 2021 as the Programme Coordinator for KIYO Brazil. Before she has been working on different social projects focussing on gender issues, such as reproductive rights, prevention of violence against women, LGBTQ+ rights and women empowerment. She is a specialist in Public Policy for Equality in Latin America linked to the Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales (CLACSO) and a researcher in the working group on critical approaches to development studies. She is also a PhD candidate in International Relations at the PUC-Rio Institute of International Relations where she focuses her research on Global Civil Society and Reproductive Justice.
